Hello, so I've been trying to update my MacBook Air's OS, but when I click on software update in the Apple menu, it redirects me to the App Store. This would be fine, but the problem is that when I go to the App Store, it doesn't load. There's no error message or anything, it's just that the store doesn't load, and gives me a gray screen. I tried to sign out of my account and sign back in the fix the problem, but when I tried to sign back in, it said connection failed. Can someone help with this? I've fixed my date and time, fixed the DNS of the network and everything, but nothing seems to be working. Anyone have any suggestions? My MacBook is an 11 inch MacBook Air, mid 2013 and is currently on Yosemite.
